One request covers one service need in one area, with outreach to up to five selected vendors. Start a separate request for a different vendor category.

Do I choose which vendors are contacted?

Yes. Basheroo prepares a shortlist, and you choose who should be contacted. You can also add a vendor you already know.

What does Basheroo send?

Basheroo writes a concise email from your request and sends it only to the vendors you selected. You do not need to draft or manage the back-and-forth.

What if a vendor does not reply?

Basheroo follows up up to twice and shows you what is still missing. Reply timing depends on each vendor, and a response cannot be guaranteed.

What kinds of vendors can Basheroo handle?

Basheroo is designed for many kinds of local vendors that can answer by email—from caterers and venues to photographers, rentals, and other service businesses.
